What is currently known
Three independent guides now provide a useful cross-check: ShowGamer lists 31 text clues, Tpose records the same campaign-wide candidate set, and Ninewiki adds screenshot-backed directions for 19 named entries. These are still community reports, not an official developer map. The table below is therefore a search index with a visible evidence state rather than a promise that every route is current.
Use the linked Ninewiki page as a visual discovery index and the linked videos as context. The cross-check column tells you whether a second text source overlaps; it does not replace an in-game or frame-level check.

Source label: ShowGamer, Tpose and Ninewiki captures checked 29 August 2026. A row marked community is a lead for a current-build check, not a canonical location claim.
How to check a secret safely
- Confirm that the source refers to the full game rather than the demo.
- Match the level name and route context before following a visual cue.
- Use the video or screenshot to verify the same area instead of relying on a copied text direction.
- Record the checked date because patches and community edits can change the guidance.
For a reproducible note, record the level codename, the landmark in the table, the source URL, the video timestamp or screenshot number, and whether the level-select secret icon changed after collection. This avoids turning a remembered route into a permanent fact.

Secrets, NPCs, and B-Side items are different guide intents and should not be merged into one checklist. Use B-Side Locations for unlock items, Demo Secrets for the earlier demo build, and the Conaptend NPC page for that specific community-wiki finding.
